If the exterior lighting is not functioning, it could decrease visibility and heighten the possibility of an accident.

The headlight control module software will be updated and the headlights will be recalibrated by dealers at no expense. On July 13, 2022, owner notification letters were sent out, and if there are any questions or issues, Ford customers can contact customer service at 1-866-436-7332. This recall is known as 22C14 by Ford.
