Overview

The 2013 Nissan Xterra is a proud member of the compact SUV segment, locking horns with cars like the Toyota FJ Cruiser and the Jeep Wrangler. Spread across 3 trim, the Xterra starts off at a base price of MSRP 22,940 and carries on to 30,490. Buying Advice

Our choice out of the three trims is the off-road-oriented PRO-4X trim with a manual transmission. This Pro-4X trim improves off-road capability considerably by adding some off-road performance upgrades like the electronic locking rear differential, unique 16-inch alloy wheels with upgraded off-road tires, Bilstein shock absorbers, hill-start assist, and hill-descent control. Apart from that, it also gives you a handful of comfort features.
