Overview

The 2011 Nissan Xterra SUV is a proud member of the compact SUV segment, locking horns with cars like the Mazda CX-7, the Subaru Forester 2.5XT, and the Toyota RAV4 SUV. Spread across 3 trims, the Xterra starts off at a base price of MSRP of $24,260 and carries on to $29,670. It comes with a 4.0L V6 engine and a 5-speed automatic transmission or a 6-speed manual transmission choice. The engine supplies the SUV with 261 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque. With that, it manages a 0-60 of 8 seconds and boasts a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds. Moving to fuel economy, the Xterra manages to get a combined EPA rating of 18 MPG with the automatic transmission and 17 MPG with the manual transmission.
