Overview

Competing in the midsize SUV, the 2010 Cadillac SRX goes up against other notable names in the class, like the Land Rover LR4, the Honda Pilot, and the Mazda CX-9. Spread across 6 trims, the SRX starts off at a base price of MSRP $33,830 and carries on to $51,860. Not all trims are built equal, however, as there are 2 powertrains on offer. The. The 2.8L twin-turbocharged V6 makes 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Starting off is the 3.0L V6 and 6-speed shiftable automatic base engine. Making 265 horsepower and 223 lb-ft of torque, this engine makes the SRX capable of accelerating from a standstill to 60 mph in just 8.2 seconds and carries the capability to tow 3,500 pounds. Another engine, a smaller 2.8L turbocharged V6 is also available on top trims that is paired with the 6-speed shiftable automatic. With 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, this engine also gets you a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds. When buying a 2010 Cadillac SRX, one can expect an average price of $9996. However, average discounts of up to $166 are common. With nearly 43 units available in 7striking colors, browse from our selection and take your “Year Brand Name Car Name” home today.

Buying Advice

Packing the standard V6 under the hood, the SRX is a compact SUV that has been redesigned in 2010 and now exudes a more stylish appearance. The spacious cabin is coated with quality materials with a considerably good cargo area, but the performance is not that exciting. Clearly built for going from point A to point B, there is no dearth of comfort in the 2010 SRX, and can be a great buy, if a subpar driving experience won't bother you much.

              Cadillac srx experience

Pros - [""Good engine. Comfort features"", ""Heated seats"", ""Miles per gallon is ok""]

Cons - [""Transmission have issues"", ""Oil change is costly"", ""Electrical is poor""]

The srx is a good car over all. Good handling. It decent on gas.smooth driving.it is expensive to maintain.electrical needs major improvement. Battery drains quick. I would never purchase a Cadillac of any type.
