Overview
The 2018 Cadillac CT6 Sedan is a midsize sedan offered in 4 trims, starting off at a base MSRP of $54,095. For that price, it mainly competes with the Audi A6, the Volvo S90, and the BMW 5 Series. Between 4 trims, the CT6 offers 3 powertrain options. The base engine is a 2.0L turbocharged inline 4 capable of making 265 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. If more power is required, there is also a 335 horsepower-making 3.6L V6 engine available on higher trims. There is also a 3.0L turbocharged V6 available for purchase and this engine puts out a decent 404 horsepower. All three engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The CT6 reaches 60 MPH from zero in 6.4 seconds on its base engine and can manage a combined fuel economy between 21 and 25 MPG.
