Overview

The 2017 Acura RLX sedan makes for an excellent contender in the midsize sedan segment. With 2 trims on offer, the Acura RLX has a base MSRP of $54,450, with prices going all the way up to an MSRP of $60,450, competing directly with the Cadillac XTS sedan, the INFINITI Q70 sedan, and the Lexus GS 350 Sedan. Only a 3.5L V6 engine is offered, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Together, they produce 310 horsepower and 272 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 5.9 seconds, the RLX maintains a combined fuel economy of 23 MPG. Acura offers the RLX in 6 stunning colors, with the State Silver Metallic being a particular favorite of ours.

Buying Advice

We are getting the base Technology Package trim as it is already supplemented with loads of standard features. However, if you want even more features such as heated rear seats, a 360-degree parking camera system, and remote ignition, the Advance Package trim for an extra $6,000 is also on offer.
