With just one trim, the FJ Cruiser starts off at a base price of MSRP of $26,115. Not all trims are built equal, as there are two transmissions on offer. The standard engine is a 4.0L V6 engine rated for 260 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. With this engine, the FJ Cruiser gives you a towing capacity of 5,000 pounds. An optional 6-speed manual transmission is also offered if you opt for the full-time 4WD version.
