Only a 6.2L V8 engine is offered, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Together, they produce 415 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 4.4 seconds, the SS maintains a combined fuel economy of 16 MPG. Chevrolet offers the SS in 8 stunning colors, with the Orange Blast Metallic being a particular favorite of ours.
