Overview

The 2017 Buick Regal sedan is a midsize sedan offered in 4 trims, starting off at a base MSRP of $27,065. For that price, it mainly competes with the Hyundai Sonata, the Toyota Camry, and the Mazda 6. Between 4 trims, the Buick Regal offers two powertrains. The base engine is a 2.4L Inline-4 capable of making 182 horsepower and 172 lb-ft of torque. If more power is required, there is also a 259 horsepower-making 2.0L Turbocharged Inline-4. Both engines are mated to a 6-speed automatic. The Buick Regal reaches 60 mph from zero in 8.7 seconds on its base engine, which gets pumped up to 6.3 seconds with the 2.4L Inline-4. Depending on the powertrain, the Buick Regal can manage a combined fuel economy of between 23 and 24 mpg. While we’re on the topic of choices, the 10 striking colors the Buick Regal comes in really pull you towards itself."CarBuzz" believes that "it is one of the best cars GM makes today" just as we do. Check out more on this video.

Buying Advice

We would highly recommend going with the Turbo Sport Touring trim of the 2017 Buick Regal. The price range doesn't shift significantly from the base trim and gives you the option of an AWD and turbo engine which is significantly better in performance without a big compromise in mileage.

Pros - ["How fast it drives", "The design of the car", "Great ride in the city and highway"]

Cons - ["Gas dose not last long", "The breaks need to be changed way to often", "Needs way more leg room"]

The performance of the car is great. Mines came with low miles and I'm almost at a 100k and she still rides like fresh off the lot. A lot of safety features in and outside of the car, live the Noise cancellation in the car. Only problem I'm having at the moment is my tire Sensor, it tells me the front is low but it's actually the back tire. Sensors are out of place.
