Overview

The 2010 Nissan Sentra Sedan makes for an excellent contender in the sub-compact sedan. With 4 trims on offer, the Nissan Sentra has a base MSRP of $15,420, with prices going all the way up to an MSRP of $18,560, competing directly with the Honda Civic, the Mazda 3, and the Volkswagen Jetta. Only a 2.0L inline four-cylinder engine is offered, mated to a CVT or six-speed manual transmission. Together, they produce 140 horsepower and 147 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 8.7 seconds, the Sentra maintains a combined fuel economy of 29 MPG. Nissan offers the Sentra in 7 stunning colors, with the Espresso Black metallic being a particular favorite of ours. Currently, with around 30,459 Nissan Sentra available for sale, making this a perfect time to browse for a 2010 Nissan Sentra Sedan.

Buying Advice

The 2010 Nissan Sentra is a great family sedan that offers is spacious on the inside along with respectable economy and power figures. Apart from that it is quite practical on the inside for daily usage. But one thing that it completely lacks as compared to its rivals,is its poor driveability as it is let down by a lethargic CVT gearbox, dull handling, and poor ride quality which makes it undesirable for driving enthusiasts.
