Overview

The 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Sedan is a compact sedan offered in 4 trims, starting off at a base MSRP of $17,735. For that price, it mainly competes with the Nissan Sentra, the Kia Forte, and the Honda Civic. Between 4 trims, the Jetta offers 2 powertrain options. The base engine is a 2.5L inline-5 capable of making 170 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque. If more power is required, there is also a 200 horsepower-making 2.0 L turbocharged inline-4. Both engines are mated to wither a 5 or 6-speed manual transmission. The Jetta reaches 60 mph from zero in 8.6 seconds on its base engine, which gets pumped up to 7 seconds with the 2.0 L turbocharged inline-4. Depending on the powertrain, the Jetta can manage a combined fuel economy between 25 and 27 mpg. While we’re on the topic of choices, the 7 striking colors the Jetta comes in really pull you towards itself. The 2010 Volkswagen Jetta fetches an average price of $6,999. However, average savings of $566 be expected on a good deal. With around 367 units of the Jetta available for purchase, we offer a vast inventory for you to choose from.

Buying Advice

If you're in the market for a compact sedan with a variety of powertrain options, the 2010 Volkswagen Jetta is worth considering. With its attractive exterior and comfortable interior, it offers a pleasant driving experience. The impressive cargo capacity adds to its practicality. However, keep in mind that the base 2.5L engine may have below-average fuel economy. Additionally, the backseat is smaller compared to some midsize competitors such as Nissan Sentra, Honda Civic, and Kia Forte. For this model year, updates include a refreshed instrument panel, a new climate control system, a new radio, a leather-trimmed multifunctional steering wheel, and a standard Bluetooth connection across all trims, enhancing convenience and connectivity.

              Great car!

Pros - ["Nice design", "Sturdy performance", "Nice seats and nice interior"]

Cons - ["Clunky transmission", "High maintance cost", "Check engine light"]

This is a sturdy high performance vehicle but with some problems. Overall, it is in decemt condition with some cosmetic problems. However, it has turbo which makes it fast. It is has a nice shape and design and an average fuel consumption.
