Overview

The 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class Sedan makes for an excellent contender in the midsize sedan class. With 1 trim on offer, the Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class Sedan has a base MSRP of $69,200, with prices going all the way up to MSRP $71,700 for the 4Matic, competing directly with the BMW 5 Series 540i, the Cadillac CTS V-Sport, and the Audi A7. Only a 3.0L turbocharged inline-6 engine paired with a 48-volt hybrid-assist system called EQ Boost is offered, mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. Together, they produce 362 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 4.7 seconds, the CLS Class Sedan maintains a combined fuel economy of 26 MPG. Mercedes offers the CLS Class Sedan in 11 stunning colors, with the designo Cardinal Red Metallic being a particular favorite of ours.

Buying Advice

The 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class Sedan comes fully redesigned for this model year. There is only one trim on offer with both RWD and AWD versions. We recommend opting for the optional Parking Assist package for its parking assistance, rear cross-traffic alert, etc.
