The stunning Lexus ES is an entry-level luxury sedan that banks on its beauty and opulent cabin to attract its customers. The ES 250 is highly comfortable both when it comes to the amenities and ride quality. Under the hood, you will find a regular inline-4 that does offer good fuel efficiency but isn’t the most exciting choice when it comes to driving. You may instead choose to upgrade to a powerful V6 which can definitely pull its weight both around town and on highways. Inarguably beautiful from the inside, the ES 250 is even more attractive from the outside with sharp lines and cuts. Overall, the ES 250 is meant to deliver luxury without a ridiculous price tag and it does so pretty well.

You wouldn’t be surprised to know that the 2022 Lexus ES 250 has zero complaints and zero recalls on the NHTSA database, as Lexus’ reliability is well-known.

2022 Lexus ES 250 User Complaints and Problems

The 2022 Lexus ES 250 has no complaints on the NHTSA database and neither does the 2021 model. But that shouldn’t really come as a surprise, since we are talking about a Lexus here. In the past, Lexus has always dominated reliability charts and they are known to offer better reliability than even their parent company, Toyota. It even scores an 87 on the Quality & Reliability section of the J.D. Power ratings. The ES 250 is not the best-selling vehicle in its segment, but it still achieves the #1 rank in J.D. Power’s midsize premium car rating. Because of this, you can be pretty sure that the car is pretty reliable. Zero complaints mean that the vehicle is indeed problem-free for the most part and annual maintenance charges, therefore, should not be too high.

2022 Lexus ES 250 Recalls

There are no recalls for the 2022 ES 250. This again goes on to show that the vehicle came out of the factory without any issues. Basically, the ES 250 has as good a resume as it can get. In the future, however, there might be recalls and you might want to check back again after a while to see if there have been any updates.

Should you buy the 2022 Lexus ES 250?

The 2022 Lexus ES 250 is a beautiful car with a luxurious interior that can appeal to everyone. With lots of things going right for it, reliability was never really an issue for the ES. Being a Lexus, it shows how reliable it is by having no complaints on the NHTSA website. The J.D. Power ratings are also a testimony to that fact. If you want to buy this Lexus, you can definitely go ahead and get yours. This is not the fastest in the segment and certainly not the best performer but if you want a charming and opulent car, then you can surely go ahead.
