Infiniti has a stellar record of producing high-performance cars that offer luxury and sophistication. Over the years, Infiniti has built a reputation for classic, stylish yet minimalistic designs and unmatched customer service. They are also credited with innovations that gained wider adaptation among other leading brands. Speaking for the 2020 Infiniti Q50, the 5-seater sports sedan now comes with a standard 3.0L V6 engine across all variants. The Q50 has always managed to combine comfort, performance, and value when compared to its German rivals like the Mercedes C-class, BMW 3 series, or the Audi A4. But come 2020 and we are starting to feel the Q50 lag behind slightly.

The 2020 Infiniti Q50 has had surprisingly few complaints from the owners as per the NHTSA records. The car has not been recalled even once since its 2020 rollout. Which means the customers are satisfied with the product they were promised. However, it seems like the Q50 is starting to age in terms of features, convenience, and the overall feel of the car. Let us look into the user complaints.

Should you buy the 2020 Infiniti Q50?

The Infiniti Q50 is a terrific sports sedan that offers a unique combination of luxury, driving fun, and sophistication. The manufacturer also has a great reputation for building cars that are reliable. The 2020 Q50 does have the racy engine and the drivability you’d expect from a sports sedan but the model does lag behind its rivals slightly. It does promise to provide value but in order to compete in the segment, the Q50 needs to throw in some goodies in the form of tech features and comfort, which may sweeten the deal. The Q50 is still a great buy but looking at the price tag, we expect a lot more buyers to flock toward its rival from the likes of Mercedes, BMW, and so on.
