Powertrain - One owner experienced sudden revving up and down in their newly bought Cadillac Escalade. The vehicle also shuddered violently. The shuddering stopped once the gear was shifted from ‘park’ to ‘drive’. The vehicle also shuddered whenever it was driven at around 20-35mph at low RPMs.
Driveshaft - One owner reported that the interior repeatedly got filled with a burning smell. A few visits to the dealership revealed that it was the driveshaft which was then replaced with a new one.

Exterior Problems

Sunroof/moonroof - One owner reported that the moonroof suddenly shattered without any impact which made him almost hit another vehicle.
