The 2023 Lexus LC Coupe gets sharper, thanks to the option of the Dynamic Handling package's numerous modifications and dynamic features like a limited-slip differential, active rear steering, and variable gear-ratio steering. Moreover, the 2023 LC 500 is more economical on a highway than all of its rivals, except Cayman GT4. It also features a larger fuel tank capacity than all of its rivals. The 2023 Lexus LC 500 offers the best-combined range of travel.

Interior
7.3/10

The cabin of this top-of-the-line Lexus seems exquisitely designed, and gives a near-perfect driving position, fantastic ergonomics, excellent build quality, and an abundance of technology. In our view, it is among the best in its segment. The front seats of the car provide apt support. The brand provides sport bucket seats. The all-around layout of the dashboard feels as modern as the exterior style. Most of the functions are within reach of the driver and passengers. There isn't much space inside for storing little objects, but that is only a minor issue in comparison to the many amenities that the company offers.

Amongst the four competitors, only the Lexus LC 500 is the only four-seater, while other cars seat two occupants. The cabin of the F Type R and Corvette Z06 looks sporty and stylish. The LC 500’s interior feels well-balanced and functional and can surely be someone’s first choice in this segment.

How intuitive is the 2023 Lexus LC 500 infotainment system?

Sadly, the 2023 Lexus LC 500 is confusing and comes with a poor touchpad controller, which is hard to operate and has a laggy response time to all the inputs. With a sizable 10.3-inch LCD color screen, dynamic voice command, standard onboard navigation, and destination assistance, the brand tries to make up for this. Additional standard features include a 12-speaker sound system, Bluetooth streaming, HD Radio, Alexa compatibility, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and a three-month trial subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio. Competition

2023 Lexus LC 500 vs 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06

The 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 comes at a slightly more expensive price compared to the 2023 Lexus LC 500. With a bigger engine than its rival, the Chevy Corvette Z06 dominates it in terms of overall power delivery and torque output. Additionally, the Corvette Z06's acceleration numbers, including its 60 MPH acceleration time and quarter-mile time, are far more impressive. In our opinion, if one can stretch the budget, one should go for the new Corvette Z06.

2023 Lexus LC 500 vs 2023 Jaguar F Type R

The 2023 Lexus LC 500 is cheaper than the 2023 Jaguar F Type R. The F Type R offers more power and torque than the competitor. Our opinion is that the Jaguar F Type R boasts a much more premium interior and an even more stylish exterior. Additionally, the F Type R is also quicker in terms of acceleration (0-60 MPH). However, we vouch that the LC 500 for providing swifter handling capabilities as compared to the competitor. But all in all, the 2023 F-Type Type R appeals a bit more as compared to the Lexus LC 500.

2023 Lexus LC 500 vs 2023 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4

Despite being cheaper than the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4, the 2023 LC 500 dominates the rival with its excellent performance figure. The 2023 LC Coupe generates better power output and torque delivery. However, It is slower to reach the 60 MPH mark in terms of quarter-mile timing as well. Whereas, the 718 Cayman GTS is more fuel economical. On the outside, we prefer the sportier styling of the 2023 LC 500. Both cars are attractive, but the Lexus LC 500 is the better choice. Cayman GT4's reputation may, however, make it more appealing to enthusiasts.

Final Verdict

In terms of sheer performance and performance-to-price ratio, the 2023 Lexus LC 500 is a sports coupe that keeps up with the market's expectations. It boasts a decent fuel economy as well with its V8 engine and quick ride and handling. The 2023 LC 500 offers a premium and comfortable interior but lacks some modern features. The 2023 LC 500 has a luxurious and cozy cabin. Also, the exterior styling features an aggressive and athletic appearance, with its attractive LED headlights and overall profile resembling that of an ideal sports vehicle. Moreover, using a variety of safety features, Lexus guarantees the security of drivers and passengers. The car comes in a single trim which can be opted for by the customers with an additional package if needed. We believe the Lexus LC 500 is the strongest model in this segment when compared to its competitors. It stands tall with amazing specs and justifies its price range.
