Overview

The 2018 Lexus GS F Sedan makes for an excellent contender in the midsize sedan class. With a standalone trim on offer, the 2018 Lexus GS F has a base MSRP of $84,350. It competes directly with the Audi S6, the BMW M550i, and the Mercedes-Benz AMG E 43. Only a 5.0L V8 engine is offered, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Together, they produce 467 horsepower and 389 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 4.9 seconds, the GS F maintains a combined fuel economy of 19 MPG. Lexus offers the GS F in 7 stunning colors, with the Atomic Silver being a particular favorite of ours.

Buying Advice

Considering that there is only one trim level and few options, there isn't much to recommend. You can, however, upgrade your experience by adding optional features like orange brake calipers, a head-up display, and a 17-speaker Mark Levinson sound system.
