2022 Kia EV6 Electric

There will be six trim levels for the 2022 Kia EV6. However, Kia has not announced any trims and pricing yet. The pricing and Kia EV6 trim features are expected to be released around early 2022 when the sale arrives.

While the exact range is not announced by Kia, they have roughly said that the 2022 EV6 will be able to achieve 300 miles on a single charge. Meanwhile, the base short-range variant is expected to go around 230 miles on a single charge. 

Tesla has always been the king in the electric cars segment in terms of its range. The exact range for the 2022 Kia EV6 has not been announced by the manufacturer but, looking at the estimated range figures it looks like Tesla has finally got a worthy opponent. 

The dedicated electric platform for the 2022 Kia EV6 and the outstanding exterior design has allowed ample cargo storage with excellent passenger space. The interior of the 2022 Kia EV6 looks very attractive and futuristic. It is different from other traditional Kia cars. The seats are very lightweight and an interesting fact about the seat is that it is made from recycled plastic which helps to reduce the cost-efficiently. It offers seating for 5 in two rows. The seats are covered in vegan leather to make them more environmentally friendly.

It has 28 cubic feet of cargo space in the rear trunk and 54 cubic feet of cargo space when the seats are folded. The front trunk also has sufficient space to store your groceries. 

The interior dimensions for the 2022 Kia EV6 aren’t out yet but from the speculations we think that the interior passenger space will not be a problem all thanks to the dedicated electric platform. The 2022 Kia EV6 will come with a 12-inch touchscreen curved infotainment display attached to the 12-inch driver’s cluster gauge. The curved display includes a blue light filter that helps to reduce eye strain and driver fatigue. It also has Bluetooth telephone connectivity with USB and auxiliary ports, wireless smartphone charging. A WiFi hotspot will ensure a good internet connection inside the car. 

It also includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in its tech suite. With smartwatch connectivity, you can control the infotainment system with gestures. The EV6 will also have Kia’s latest UVO link connected vehicle services that include Kia Pay. It has a 14 speaker Meridian audio system that will take the party to the roads. As 2022 is an all-new beginning for the Kia EV6 the exterior design is completely out of the box and bold as compared to the existing Kia models. The traditional tiger face grille is now replaced with the digital tiger face grille complemented by the daytime running headlights that look mesmerizing. The wide and low air intake adds to the beauty of the car. 

Towards the sides, the line below the doors goes all the way to the rear and joins the LED taillamps which are curved upwards. Overall the entire exterior of the car is aerodynamic and creates a visual appeal to the customers. 

The 2022 Kia EV6 is the lightest car amongst all which helps it to perform better than most of its competitors. The Ford Mustang Mach-E has a larger wheelbase than others. The Tesla Model Y being the heaviest car in its segment still outclasses its competitors in terms of its performance. Exterior features include:

The 2022 Kia EV6 seems to be a very tough competitor by looking at the speculations. It has some interesting techs and features apart from its outstanding performance.
