Mechanical problems:

1. The magnetic ride control dampers are prone to failure and they are quite expensive to repair.
2. There seems to be a problem with one vehicle in which the engine bogs down and the vehicle rattles while going up a small incline between 35 and 40 mph under cruise control. This makes the car quite hard to drive in everyday situations.
