Overview

The 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan is a luxury vehicle that offers a blend of comfort, performance, and technology. It is available in several trims, including the E350, E550, and E63 AMG. In terms of competition, the 2010 E-Class Sedan competes with other luxury sedans such as the BMW 5 Series and the Audi A6.

Performance-wise, the E350 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. The E550 has a 5.5-liter V8 engine that delivers 382 horsepower and 391 lb-ft of torque. The E63 AMG boasts a 6.3-liter V8 engine that produces a whopping 518 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. All trims come with a 7-speed shiftable automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive.

Fuel economy for the E350 is 18 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway, while the E550 gets 16 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway. The E63 AMG has a lower fuel economy of 13 mpg in the city and 20 mpg on the highway.

The interior of the E-Class Sedan is spacious and luxurious, featuring leather upholstery, wood trim, and advanced technology such as a navigation system and a premium sound system. The exterior design is sleek and sophisticated, with a classic Mercedes-Benz grille and elegant lines. Safety features on the 2010 E-Class Sedan include a variety of airbags, anti-lock brakes, and electronic stability control.

Overall, the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan offers a perfect balance of luxury, performance, and technology, making it a great choice for those in the market for a premium sedan. We have over 10,000 listings for the E-Class ranging from $1,350 to $149,950.

Buying Advice

As the new E-Class sedan comes in two standard trims barring the E63 variant, we believe the E550 trim is the better choice. It comes with a more powerful V8 engine making it quicker and air-suspension for a finer and more comfortable ride. Along with that, the E550 also gets leather upholstery and heated seats making the sedan both comfortable and premium. For people who want a sportier look and feel, we would recommend going with the Sport package. The Premium 1 Package brings in technology that makes daily driving easier on the other hand. We especially liked the Arctic White, Indium Gray Metallic, and Iridium Silver Metallic paint options as they complement the Sedan’s posh design and make it more eye-catching.
