The Lincoln Continental is a car to be enjoyed from the rear seats. It is the definition of American executive luxury packaged in a four-wheel avatar. Though the sales have been modest at just 8,700 units, the Continental packs a lot of oomph to go against a segment populated by the Volvo S90, the Acura RLX, and the Cadillac CT6. The list of problems faced by the owners is rather short due to the sales but, of which we could find, the electricals have been the most troublesome. There have been rampant issues with random electrical components popping up out of the blue.
Other than that people have reported the doors opening while the car is moving. The Continental is also subject to one recall for the 2018 model year. Also, The 2018 Continental reliability rating of 84/100 is just second to only the Genesis G80 sedan.
