The Land Rover Range Rover has been an attraction for a majority of consumers. The Range Rover Sport has great performance on and off the road. With a starting price of $66,750, the Range Rover is rather reasonably priced in its segment. This midsize SUV is in its second generation and in the market, it’s placed itself among the elite luxury class vehicles. A sales figure of 20,053 units has been recorded in 2020 and according to the report of NHTSA, the 2020 Range Rover Sport has 3 recalls with 9 complaints. Most of the complaints are recorded against the electrical system of the car that states the sudden shutdown of the car while driving. Overall, the car has great performance and its interiors are upgraded with the latest technologies and features. Other than the reliability, we consider the vehicle to carry quite a good value for the price range it sells for. Besides the complaints and the issues, the car finds it challenging to go against rivals like the BMW X5, the Porsche Cayenne, and the Audi Q8.

Should you buy the 2002 Land Rover Sport?
The 2020 Land Rover Range Rover has quite poor reliability compared to other cars in the competition. Though the 9 complaints and 3 recalls as per the record on NHTSA may suggest the vehicle holds poor reliability, the brand continues to keep an effort on manufacturing defect-free cars. The number of recalls for the SUV is evidence that the brand has the ability to manufacture cars with minimal issues. Most people have faced some concerns with the powertrains and the uncensored warning lights for which the brand has rolled out recalls. In comparison with BMW and Porsche, Range Rover has low ratings in the reliability test. The Land Rover Range Rover also comes with a warranty of 4 years from the initial purchase date as well as complimentary roadside assistance. For all these reasons, we recommend selecting the 2020 Range Rover over its competitors but make sure that the cluster lights are working correctly and the TPMS software is updated as per the recall notice.
