The 2011 Volvo C70 Convertible makes for an excellent contender in the compact convertible segment. With standalone trim on offer, the Volvo C70 has a base MSRP of $39,950. It competes directly with the Lexus IS 250 C Convertible, the BMW 3 Series 328i Convertible, and the Volkswagen Eos Convertible. Only a 2.5L Turbo Inline-5 engine is offered, mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. Together, they produce 227 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 7.4 seconds, the C70 maintains a combined fuel economy of 23 MPG. Volvo offers the C70 in 6 stunning colors, with the Flamenco Red metallic being a particular favorite of ours.
