Overview

The 2016 McLaren 570S Coupe makes for an excellent contender in the compact coupe. With a single trim on offer, the McLaren 570S has a base MSRP of $187,300 and competes directly with the Porsche 911 Turbo S, the Ferrari 488 GTB, and the Audi R8. Only a 3.8L twin-turbocharged V8 engine is offered, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. Together, they produce 562 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 3.3 seconds, the 570S maintains a combined fuel economy of 19 MPG. McLaren offers the 570S in 15 stunning colors, with the Ice Silver being a particular favorite of ours.

Buying Advice

Available as a standalone trim level with a base MSRP of $187,300. The 570S is perhaps one of the most elegant and the best performing coupes in its segment. While it does pack a fair level of standard features, it also offers a diverse range of customization options such as the carbon-fiber package for people wanting the carbon-fiber and the luxury package with its 1,280-watt Bowers & Wilkins surround-sound audio system, power-adjustable heated memory seats, power-adjustable steering column, and soft close doors.
