Overview
The 2015 Maserati Ghibli makes for an excellent contender in the midsize sedan class. With a stand-alone trim on offer, the Maserati Ghibli has a base MSRP of $69,800. Competing directly with the BMW 5-Series, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, and the Audi A6. Only a 3.0L twin-turbocharged V6 engine is offered, mated to an 8-Speed automatic transmission. Together, they produce 345 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 5.5 seconds, the Maserati Ghibli maintains a combined fuel economy of 19 MPG. Maserati offers the Ghibli in 13 unique colors as well, with the Champagne being a particular favorite of ours.
Buying Advice
Though it is not the best out there, one thing is for sure the 2015 Maserati Ghibli is an emotion that no other German counterpart can provide. The trim offered comes standard with premium leather seats and steering wheels, and if that is not enough you can always go for the Luxury package plus ($4,100). This package brings in more leather upholstery on the seats, dashboard, and armrest, with a nice set of ventilated front seats.
