Overview

The 2010 Buick Lucerne Sedan is an affordable fullsize sedan offered in 9 trims, starting off at a base MSRP of $29,230. For that price, it mainly competes with the Toyota Avalon, the Hyundai Azera, and Chrysler 300C. Between 3 trims, the Lucerne offers 2 powertrains. The base engine is a 3.9L V6 capable of making 227 horsepower and 237 lb-ft of torque. If more power is required, there is also a 292 horsepower-making 4.6L V8. Both engines are mated to a 4-speed automatic. The Lucerne reaches 60 mph from zero in 8.7 seconds on its base engine, which gets pumped up to 7.7 seconds with the V8 engine. Depending on the powertrain, the Lucerne can manage a combined fuel economy between 18 and 20 mpg. While we're on the topic of choices, the 6 striking colors the Lucerne comes in really pull you towards itself. The 2010 Buick Lucerne fetches an average price of $9925. However, average savings of around $572 can be expected on a good deal. With around 216 units of the 2010 Buick Lucerne available for purchase, we offer a vast inventory for you to choose from.

Buying Advice

Packing a V6 and V8 under the hood, the 2010 Buick Lucerne is a perfect family sedan that is built to serve a family of 6 including the pet/s. Due to the perfectly balanced suspension, even the long rides on unpaved roads turn into a comfortable and relaxed journey with the 2010 Lucerne. And the infotainment controls, being quite intuitive, makes the driver stay focused on the road, although those who love driving won’t enjoy the piloting experience much due to the sluggish V6. For some excitement, the V8 is a better option. Rated 5-star by NHTSA, the 2010 Buick Lucerne is quite solid and built to keep your people safe. Considering the offerings, this sedan is quite a worthy buy for families, and also for first-time buyers who are looking for a bang for the buck.

Pros - ["Car rides nice easy to handle.", "Has a big trunk and lots of backseat legroom"]

Cons - ["Does not get good gas mileage", "The side mirror gets in the way when turning. It's in the line of sight."]

The Buick Lucerne is a classy stylish car. Has great pick up and go. I have never had any major problems with my Buick. There is plenty of room for your passengers to be comfortable. Lots of things fit in the trunk. The leather interior has never split or worn. Everything in the car is quality materials. I recommend Buick if your looking for a new vehicle.
