- Failure of collision-avoidance assistance: In one case, a complainant has reported the inability of the collision-avoidance assistance functionality to falsely identify the threat of a crash. When investigated, the dealership updated the software of the vehicle, however, to no avail. Despite help from the brand, the issue persists for the user.
