Overview
The 2011 Rolls Royce Ghost Sedan makes for an excellent contender in the fullsize sedan class. With a standalone trim on offer, the Rolls Royce Ghost has a base MSRP of $246,500, competing directly with the Mercedes-Benz AMG S65 Sedan, the Bentley Continental Flying Spur Sedan, and the least expensive Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT S Sedan. All these cars are obviously cheaper yet more powerful than the Ghost. Only a 6.6L twin-turbocharged V12 engine is offered, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Together, they produce 563 horsepower and 575 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 4.9 seconds, the Ghost maintains a combined fuel economy of 15 MPG. Rolls Royce offers the Ghost in 12 stunning colors, with the Lunar Blue being a particular favorite of ours.
