“Truck customers tell us range is one of the main barriers to considering an EV. The 2024 Silverado EV already was the range leader, and for this new model year we’ve set the bar even higher,” said Scott Bell, vice president, Chevrolet.
The 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV is available in three different trim levels with either a standard 119 kWh, an extended 170 kWh battery, or a Max pack with a leading 205 kWh capacity.
The base Silverado Worktruck comes with a $57,095 price tag and up to 422 miles of range with an Extended pack ($69,495) and 492 miles of range with a Max pack ($77,795). The lattermost is the 2025 addition, which makes the 2025 Silverado EV Worktruck with Max Pack the longest-range EV truck you can buy. The dual-motor Silverado EV WT produces 510 hp and 580 lb-ft and can tow up to 12,500 pounds. Chevy has also added a Slate Grey color for the WT trim.

For 2025, Chevrolet has decided to introduce a much more affordable “LT” trim. It comes standard with an extended-range battery pack and travels up to 408 miles without needing a charge. The LT also has a dual-motor setup but produces a much more substantial 765 lb-ft torque and 645 horsepower.
Later this year, a $6800 Premium Package will be available for LT trim that adds Multi-Flex Midgate, which offers up to 10 feet and 10 inches of load floor, available Super Cruise, 22-inch wheels, and a reduced EPA range of 390 miles.
The 2025 Chevy Silverado RST is the peak of the platform and comes with all the stuff usually reserved for high-end performance cars. It has air suspension on all fours along with rear-wheel steering, 24-inch wheels, and an option for a MAX battery pack. The RST is also the most powerful Silverado EV, with 760 hp and 765 lb-ft of torque. Despite all this power, it can do a rather decent 390-460 miles per charge.

All 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EVs support up to 350 kW of fast charging and can add 100 miles in 10 minutes. You can also get up to $7,500 of tax rebated with LT and WT trims. Delivery will start before the end of 2024, as per GM.
