Hyundai recently announced the 2025 Tucson and one feature that makes it a great contender in the family SUV segment is the new Baby Mode. Driving with babies can be a bit tricky especially when they are sleep deprived. Moreover, the baby mode is not just limited to babies as it creates quite a comfortable atmosphere for adults to take a nap, given they are not behind the wheel.
“In simple terms, it rounds out various driver accelerator inputs for smoother, less abrupt acceleration experiences whenever desired by the driver, such as wanting to minimize driver disturbances for napping children.” said, Derek Joyce, Senior Manager Product and Advanced Powertrain PR, Hyundai North America.
The baby mode feature has been introduced for the hybrid models and works towards a quiet and comfortable ride by providing smoother acceleration and driving inputs. The feature works particularly well for families on a long journey and can work wonders to ensure a less stressful riding experience. The mode can be accessed by using Hyundai’s My Drive which offers other modes like Eco, Sport, and Snow.
As of now, the Baby Mode is only available for the 2025 Tucson but Hyundai plans to integrate it
