The 2024 Range Rover SV Carmel Edition Is A $370K Exclusive Model that Rivals The Cullinan

British automaker, Land Rover’s Range Rover is the leading model of the lineup which includes expensive trims like the 2024 Range Rover SV with a Long Wheelbase that costs over $235,475. Still, the price tag of the top-ranking trim on the Range Rover is far lower from the base trim of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV.

However, the recent reveal by Land Rover is pushing the boundaries of competition. The new 2024 Range Rover SV Carmel Edition was introduced during the same 2023 Monterey Car Week where we got to see the one-of-a-kind Bugatti Chiron Super Sport Golden Era, the voluptuous Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution Roadster, and the Hybrid Supercar called Zenvo Aurora. 

The long-wheelbase SV is the foundation model for the new Carmel Edition and gets quite a few unique one-of-a-kind features. It is powered by a 4.4L Twin-Turbo V8 engine which is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The net output is rated for 523 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque.

The 2024 Carmel Edition SUV has special styling treatments inside out. Last year, the 2023 Range Rover Carmel Edition SUV was limited to 17 units while wearing the Satin Bronze color on the exterior.

However, the Range Rover Carmel Edition for the 2024 model year will have only 7 examples and each will be painted with the SV Bespoke Special Effect Gloss white paint. It has highly reflective fine white glass flake particles and will run on 23-inch forged wheels with white inserts.


The four-seat interior of the 2024 Range Rover Carmel Edition is one of its primary selling points. A built-in refrigerator and a fold-out deployable table are all included on the inside. There are premium materials throughout the cabin. You will find two-tone Perlino and Deep Garnet semi-aniline leather seats. 

Furthermore, cream ash burr veneer, gloss white ceramic trim, and pearl oyster carpets are also present. Additionally, buyers will notice special stitching embroidery on various interior elements. There will also be door sills with special edition numbers ranging from 1 to 7. 

Lastly, Land Rover said that the money from the sale of all seven units of the Range Rover SV Carmel Edition will be donated to the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. In terms of price, the sticker price for the 2024 Range Rover SV Carmel Edition begins at $371,475 which is $25,000 more than the previous model year.

It will be built specifically for the 7 lucky buyers who were invited to the Range Rover House experience in California. For a whopping $235,475 over the standard Range Rover SV model, Land Rover also throws in a set of Titleist golf clubs,
