Dodge Daytona looks sleeker and much more slippery than its outgoing V8 sibling and comes with a full-width LED bar in front and a patented "R-Wing" design exclusive to Daytona models that increase downforce via an S-Duct style opening. The rear is doused with red “ring of fire” LED rear taillamps and a "Fratzog logo". Both sedan and coupe have a similar wheelbase of 121 inches. The two-door Charger Daytona is 206.6 inches long, 79.8 inches wide, and 59.0 inches tall and all Daytonas come in a wide assortment of colors like After Dark, Bludicrous, (late availability), Destroyer Grey, Diamond Black, Peel Out, Redeye, Triple Nickel, and White Knuckle. The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona is a heavy beast as it weighs 5838 pounds for comparison the Demon 170 tipped the scales at 4280 pounds.

The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona has a refreshingly digital interior with a choice of two screen sizes 10.25-inch or available 16-inch gauge cluster screens with a 12.3-inch center display, the lattermost is standard. The interior is a throwback to the iconic 1968 Dodge Charger and comes with 270 degrees of parametric texture from the driver door to the instrument panel to the passenger door. There is also a 64-color ambient light option and a heated flat top/flat bottom design with paddles that control regenerative braking.
The Daytona EVs get an exclusive "Powershot" button that unleashes an extra 40 hp. The center console houses a "pistol-grip" shifter and the start/power button and comes with a wireless charger. Dodge has also handled the infotainment duties well and will provide a HUD and a multi-configurable display that will change its layout based on the drive mode selected running on the Uconnect 5 platform. An Alpine 18-speaker sound system, panoramic sunroof, Apple Carplay, and Android Auto along with cloth and vinyl upholstery is also available.
2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Performance
By far the most important aspect of a muscle car is its power which the new 2024 Charger Daytona EV has in spades. The Daytona EV will be available in two trims "R/T" and " Scat Pack". Both will be available either as a sedan or coupe and will be underpinned by STLA architecture. The battery is a 100.5K KW( usable 93.9 kWh) unit with nickel cobalt aluminum chemistry and comes with EDM( electric drive module ) front and rear making 335 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque each. The front EDM can disconnect to increase efficiency and the rear will have LSD as standard for sideways action. The Charger Daytona EVs have an AWD 400V propulsion system and three levels of regenerative braking (0.1g, 0.2g, or 0.3g regen) controlled via steering-mounted paddles.
The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T comes with a 496 hp unit with a standard Direct Connection Stage 1 upgrade kit and will do 60 mph in 4.1 seconds and a quarter mile in 13.1 seconds. The Charger Daytona Scatpack will be the most powerful EV in Dodge's stable with 670 hp ( With Standard Stage 2 Kit) a 0-60 time of 3.3 seconds and will do a quarter mile in 11.5 seconds flat. Dodge will also sell Stage 1 and Stage 2 power upgrade kits for future Daytona EV models that will have lower base outputs without them. The "Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust" exhaust system is available on the Daytona EVs and is as loud as its Hellcat siblings. Other features include -

Dodge has also announced a way to keep petrol heads happy with a brand new 550-horsepower Dodge Charger SIXPACK H.O. and 420-horsepower Charger SIXPACK S.O. powered by a 3.0L Twin Turbo I-6 Hurricane engine that comes with 8-speed gearbox as standard. A top-of-the-line 810+ hp "SRT Banshee" model is also teased and might debut later this year or in early 2025. 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Range And Charging
The Charger Daytona R/T model will have up to 317 miles of range and the Scatpack will manage around 260 miles and will charge up from 20 to 80% charge in 27 minutes when using a Level 3 DC CCS fast charger.

2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack and 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T coupes will begin production in mid 2024 while the four-door Daytona Scat Pack and R/T models will begin in the Q1 2025 along with gas guzzling Dodge Charger SIXPACK H.O. coupe and four-door Dodge Charger SIXPACK S.O. models.
