2025 Buick Enclave Teaser Hints At A More Edigier Design

Buick recently dropped a teaser for its next-generation Enclave which includes sketches that hint at the Enclave’s design. The teaser includes two black and white design sketches along with a shadow image of the SUV. The design shown in the teaser is expected to be a complete rework from the previous generation. Slated to release next year, the 2025 model will begin the third generation of the Enclave.

The sketch looks edgier with a sharp front fascia.

As for the teaser, the car now looks more edgier and gets a more sculptural design language. The Buick has the same full-size, five-door body style as its previous generation but the sketches hint at a more upgraded and futuristic look. As per GM Authority, the 2025 Buick

Enclave’s design is heavily inspired by the 2022 Wildcat EV concept. The sketches also indicate a much wider stance and lower roofline. The Enclave will also be becoming sportier, boasting of an aggressive front fascia which will also feature Buick’s latest Tri-Shield badging.

While Buick has not released any details regarding the engine and other specifications, it is expected that the Enclave will be based on Chevy Traverse and GMC Acadia. This could hint at the possibility of the Enclave replacing its current 3.6-liter V6 engine with a 2.5-liter turbo-4 engine that produces a power output of 328 hp and 317 lb-ft of torque. The engine would most likely be paired with an 8-speed automatic. The 2025 model is also set to be the first Buick model to receive the GM's Super Cruise technology.

A full-width LED bar is apparent from the teased images

As of now, there is no announcement from Buick regarding the future of the Enclave. Despite Buick's presence in the Chinese EV market and its plans to achieve full electrification by the year 2030, the Enclave has not been confirmed for electrification, unlike the 2024 Electra. As far as speculations go, the Enclave will either boast of a hybrid powertrain or will be fully electric. Nonetheless, it will be exciting to see what Buick has to offer.
