The 2017 Fiat 124 Spider makes for an excellent contender in the subcompact convertibleWith 2 trims on offer, the Fiat 124 Spider has a base MSRP of $24,995, with prices going all the way up to MSRP $27,495, competing directly with the Volkswagen Beetle Convertible, the Mazda MX-5 Miata, and the Mini Cooper Convertible.

Only a 1.4L turbocharged Inline-4 engine is offered, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Together, they produce 160 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 6.8 seconds, the 124 Spider maintains a combined fuel economy of 30 MPG. Fiat offers the 124 Spider in 7 stunning colors, with the Russo Red being a particular favorite of ours.
