Overview

The 2013 Cadillac XTS Sedan makes for an excellent contender in the fullsize sedan class. With four trims on offer, the 2013 Cadillac XTS Sedan has a base MSRP of $44,075 competing directly with the Chrysler 300 C, and indirectly with pricier rivals like Audi A8 and BMW 7 Series. Only a 3.6L V6 engine is offered, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Together, they produce 304 horsepower and 264 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 7.3 seconds, the Cadillac XTS Sedan maintains a combined fuel economy of 21 MPG. Cadillac offers the XTS in more than 8 stunning colors, with the Radiant Silver Metallic being a particular favorite of ours.

Buying Advice

For the price, the base trim might appear well equipped, but we recommend upgrading to the Luxury trim for features such as heated steering wheel, heated front seats, heated rear seats, front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera, and rain-sensing wipers.
