Overview

The 2014 Audi TT Coupe makes for an excellent contender in the compact coupe segment. With a standalone trim on offer, the Audi TT has a base MSRP of $39,900 and competes directly with the BMW 2 Series Coupe, the Mercedes-Benz C-250 Coupe, and indirectly competes with the Porsche Cayman Coupe. Only a 2.0L turbocharged inline 4 engine is offered, mated to a 6-speed auto-manual transmission. Together, they produce 211 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 6.3 seconds, the TT Coupe maintains a combined fuel economy of 26 MPG. Audi offers the TT Coupe in 11 stunning colors, with the Samoa Orange being a particular favorite of ours.

Buying Advice

For a compact coupe, the 2014 Audi TT does well because of its refined powertrain, standard Quattro AWD, and practical design. Along with the standard features such as Bose 12-speaker audio system, power-adjustable front seats, leather upholstery, etc, buyers can opt in for the optional S Line Competition Package for an additional $2,350. Grey painted calipers, rear diffuser, S-Line sport suspension, etc are some of the additions with this package.
