The 2024 Kia Soul is now available to build on the official website. Available in four different trim configurations: LX, S, GT-Line, and EX, nothing much has changed as compared to the 2023 model year. Kia's boxy crossover competes well in the segment owing to its spacious interior and practicality quotient. However, Soul's wagon profile is not for everyone.
The Kia Soul 2024 prices for the above-mentioned trims are $19,990, $22,490, $23,590, and $24,290, respectively. Surely, for the base MSRP of less than $25K, even for the top-tier trim, the Kia Soul is here to give you some budget-friendly thrills. However, an additional charge of $1,325 is levied as a destination fee on all the trims, making it cross the $25K mark on the top trim.
The 2024 Kia Soul LX can be financed for a term of 60 months at a low APR of 4.75% with monthly payments of $362 and $2,000 as a down payment. Similarly, it can also be leased for a term of 36 months, with $286 per month and $2,286 due at signing the agreement. However, the above calculations are based on a credit score of 720.
Under the hood of every Soul 2024 model is a 2.0-liter inline-four engine making 147 hp and 132 lb-ft of torque. With that power, the Soul 0–60 time of 8.5 seconds is just about acceptable. The engine is mated to a CVT, and power is sent to the front wheels only. The overall performance is decent for urban conditions, but the same cannot be said for highway runs.
The 2024 Kia Soul has received an overall score of 82/100 in the J.D. Power Consumer Rating. For reliability and resale, it scores 87/100 and 79/100, respectively. For driving and dealership experience, it scores 84/100 and 74/100, respectively. The EPA-estimated gas mileage of the 2024 Kia Soul is 27 mpg city, 33 mpg highway, and 30 mpg combined.
