Overview

The 2016 Audi S3makes for an excellent contender in the subcompact sedan class. With two trims on offer, the 2016 Audi S3 Sedan has a base MSRP of $42,500 competing directly with the Mercedes-Benz AMG CLA 45 and the Subaru WRX STI Limited. Only a 2.0L turbocharged Inline-4 engine is offered, mated to a 6-speed automated manual transmission. Together, they produce 292 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 in 4.6 seconds, the Audi S3 Sedan maintains a combined fuel economy of 26 MPG. Audi offers the S3 Sedan in more than 10 stunning colors, with the Mythos Black Metallic being a particular favorite of ours.

Buying Advice

The standard features are decent enough on both trim levels offered by Audi. You can, however, upgrade to the Prestige trim level if you have more discerning needs. We also suggest to not missing the optional Audi Active Lane Assist.
